Our team took on the challenge of creating a coherent and modern visual identity that not only reflects the character of this unique location, but also supports its positioning in the commercial real estate market. Aurea Office is an A-class building, located in a dynamically developing part of Wroclaw, offering office space rental at the highest level.
The project included the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy, including the creation of a logotype, promotional materials such as roll-ups, brochures and catalogs, as well as a responsive website. Each element of the project was designed to emphasize the prestige of the investment, modern architecture and advanced technological solutions used in the building. By working closely with the developer, we were able to create a consistent visual communication that effectively supports the leasing of office space in this prestigious building.
We have ensured that the design of the site reflects the elegance and innovation of the office building, while allowing potential tenants easy access to key information such as available space, technologies used in the building and amenities offered to tenants. The site has been optimized for mobile devices, ensuring a comfortable browsing experience on any device. Thanks to its advanced functionalities, the site also supports the process of contacting the developer, facilitating the quick establishment of cooperation.
